MAKING A RESERVATION 

Bookings should be made through the registration form by Friday 18 September 2026. After that date no guarantee can be made that rooms will be available. To secure your reservation, a credit card guarantee is taken at the time of booking. 

The credit card will be charged by the hotel as specified in the terms, conditions, and cancellation policies.
