For four decades, philanthropy and community support have played a critical role in translating research into clinical outcomes and strengthening patient care. 

Since 1986, The Prince Charles Hospital Foundation has contributed more than $78 million to healthcare across Queensland. Through its community and fundraising initiative, The Common Good, the Foundation supports clinician-led research, enabling technologies, and patient-care programs that contribute to improved clinical outcomes and long-term health. 

 This year, the Foundation marks its 40-year milestone, recognising four decades of investment in research, infrastructure and care that have contributed to shaping contemporary clinical practice and future models of care. 

 The Foundation is proud to have supported Echo Australia since 2015, with a portion of proceeds directed to investigator-led research at The Prince Charles Hospital, supporting researchers across the career pipeline to translate promising ideas into promising patient outcomes.
